01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tbaee", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the tbaee platform accessible at tbaee.ws and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the tbaee website, mobile web interface, any downloadable application, and all software, services, and content made available through them.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the tbaee Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the tbaee Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's tbaee Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or any non-cash incentives credited to an Account by tbaee as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a User must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all tbaee transactions are denominated.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the tbaee Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or claiming a promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tbaee Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting customer support at [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the tbaee Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the promotional document explicitly states otherwise.

03 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the tbaee Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, each of which must be met at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tbaee enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered users. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business, institution, or any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from within, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the tbaee Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must hold a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account in your own name for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be closed and associated funds forfeited.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep your Account information up to date and to notify tbaee promptly of any changes by contacting support.

04 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your tbaee Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. tbaee will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account, including but not limited to:

• Enabling OTP two-factor authentication on your Account.
• Logging out of the Platform after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Using a strong, unique password not shared with any other website or service.
• Notifying tbaee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

tbaee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions, shared their credentials with a third party, or delayed reporting a suspected breach. Any bets placed or transactions executed under your Account credentials before you notify tbaee of an unauthorised access incident will be treated as valid and binding.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tbaee Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer minimums may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same verified payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the verification status of your Account.
• Withdrawal processing time: tbaee targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operational hours. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving institution's clearance procedures.
• Identity verification: tbaee may request documentary proof of identity (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account dashboard and may be adjusted from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.
• Transaction fees: tbaee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which tbaee accepts no responsibility.

tbaee reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, tbaee will notify the Account holder and may request additional supporting documentation.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the tbaee Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tbaee does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where the relevant market is subsequently voided by tbaee at its discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test series, and domestic tournaments — are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the relevant event page. In the absence of specific rules, general cricket betting industry standards apply.
• In-play betting markets close at the discretion of the tbaee trading team and may be suspended without notice during significant match events (wickets, powerplays, DLS calculations).
• All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness. Live dealer games are hosted by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' operational rules.
• tbaee reserves the right to void any bet, free bet, or casino round in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error, or any other circumstance beyond tbaee's reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet and stake amounts per market or game are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and may be adjusted without notice.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

tbaee offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and seasonal cricket promotions timed around BPL, IPL, and ICC events. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is open to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria for specific promotions will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money Balance and must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify both the minimum turnover amount and the timeframe within which it must be completed. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the promotional period will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, sports betting contributes 100% and slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• tbaee reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, alter its terms, or disqualify a User from a promotion at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or zero-risk bet combinations to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other strategy determined by tbaee to constitute abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbaee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity in any sport to gain an advantage on betting markets.
• Using any VPN, proxy, or IP masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by tbaee.
• Posting or transmitting offensive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content through any communication channel on the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the tbaee Platform — including but not limited to the tbaee brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, software, game content (excluding third-party provider content), written text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tbaee or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbaee Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any tbaee content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use the tbaee name, logo, or brand assets in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any use of tbaee intellectual property outside the scope of the limited licence described above constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbaee, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond tbaee's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Reliance on any content, information, or odds displayed on the Platform that contains an error.
• Losses arising from suspension, closure, or modification of the Platform or any part thereof.

tbaee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by tbaee is governed by the tbaee Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and tbaee and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, tbaee collects and processes personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting and gaming activity records for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. tbaee will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

tbaee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling carries inherent risks and that, for a small number of individuals, it can become harmful. In accordance with this commitment:

• A minimum age of 21 years is strictly enforced for all Account registrations and all betting and gaming activities.
• Users may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts via the Account settings dashboard.
• Users may request a cooling-off period or temporary Account suspension at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
• Users who feel their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, tbaee will close the Account and take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• Closure by you: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting tbaee support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure — less any outstanding wagering obligations — will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspension or closure by tbaee: tbaee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where tbaee is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.
• Where an Account is closed by tbaee due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance associated with the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct.
• tbaee may also suspend the Platform or any part of it at any time for maintenance, technical upgrades, or other operational reasons. tbaee will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tbaee operates with the aim of providing a fair, transparent, and well-regulated service to users in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, transaction, or Account decision, Users should first contact tbaee customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. tbaee will investigate all complaints promptly and in good faith, and aims to provide a written response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, tbaee will cooperate with any applicable alternative dispute resolution process. Details of the escalation pathway will be provided to the User at the conclusion of the internal review.

15 Amendments to These Terms

tbaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the tbaee Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
